Integrated Indian School Witnessed Tripartite celebration

 

On 5 th September ,Teachers’ day ,Eid Al Adha and Onam were celebrated altogether  with full zeal and enthusiasm. The programme was jointly conducted by  Happiness House and senior students . Parents were also invited to the blissful occasion .The day started with the auspicious Chenda Melam  performance which is widely popular in South India. The cultural programmes including dance and music made the day explicable. All the teachers were delightfully greeted and wished with cards and flowers by the students. A melodious onam song and a very graceful Thiruvathira dance was elegantly presented by the teachers .The event was a memorable one and ended with an eloquent speech by the principal. The student teachers  had  graceful  interaction with the students .Following the cultural programme,  games like tug of  war ,pot breaking ,fashion show, balloon bursting were also conducted for the teachers .The teachers were very sportively and energetically engaged in the games . A very delicious and culturally rich “Onam Sadhya “ was arranged by the teachers of IIS .The event turned to be  a fantastic and astounding one that will be always remembered and cherished in our hearts.
