      TEACHER”S ENRICHMENT SEMINAR IN INTEGRATED INDIAN SCHOOL 
      “BEGIN WITH END IN MIND AND TEAM WORK LEADS TO SUCCESS”
As the school resumed on the 12th of August 2017 after a long break of summer vacation, our teachers were fortunate enough to start the session by attending  inspiring seminars presented by our principal Mr .Arul Dharmaraj Thomas   and Mr. T. Premkumar, Principal of IES. Our respected principal Mr .Arul Dharmaraj Thomas enlightened us with his speech on  very beautiful topic ‘Begin with the end in mind’.in his motivating seminar he focused on how important it is to have a goal in life .His words worked as an eye opener for many of us as he pointed out how every small step taken every mere effort made and every little work accomplished leads us to the fulfillment of the ultimate goal in life .Apart from being an eminent educationist, Mr. Premkumar is a counsellor, facilitator and a motivational speaker. His great personality and a vast ocean of knowledge and experience make him a very influential speaker every time he addresses an audience. His topic for the seminar presentation was ‘Building a Dynamic Team’. In his presentation he highlighted the value of teamwork and its importance in the development of any organization or institution. By citing an example of a migrating flock of birds he beautifully illustrated the fact that stress and burden is substantially reduced if work is done as a team. He also emphasized the role of a great leader in building a healthy team. His interactive approach grasped the attention of the teachers throughout the session. He concluded his presentation with beautiful quotes leaving everyone in the audience with a positive state of mind. It was indeed a motivating seminar as it enkindled the spirit of cooperation amongst the teachers.
At the end of the seminar our Principal Mr. Arul Dharmaraj Thomas presented a memento to Mr. T. Premkumar as a token of gratitude and a Vote of Thanks was extended by Mrs. Jinshy Ajish.
